Biography:
“Your Real Estate and
Home Staging Professional”
Georgia has lived in the Chicagoland area since 1970, both in the South
suburban and North/Northwest suburban areas. Her interest in Real Estate
began many years ago during her career as a Real Estate Paralegal for a
large Chicago law firm. Her residential sales career began in 1994 with
Baird & Warner. As a full-time real estate professional, she is intensely
dedicated to client service.
Sellers rely upon Georgia to guide them through the process of
pricing, staging, listing, marketing, negotiating and closing the sale of
their home.
Buyers look to her for guidance throughout the purchase and
closing process and beyond. She feels that knowing the market, listening to
and working closely with her clients throughout all aspects of the buying
and/or selling process are the most vital components of her job as your
REALTOR®.
During her years in real estate, Georgia not only involves herself in the
listing and selling of real estate, but participates in industry-wide issues
and organizations. A former Chairman of the Board for her local REALTOR
association, she remains involved in the governance aspect of the real
estate industry and stays current on the issues that confront the
ever-changing market.
