Although nothing previous can fully prepare you for a new endeavor, my corporate leadership background, skills and tenure (which included project management, meeting and conference bridge planning and leadership, planning and conducting technical training, technical writing and other day-to-day leadership and technical activities) all do (I believe), help to prepare and qualify me for the consideration for any position where detail and focus is required.  I am also a joiner, volunteer and participant.  I am a strong advocate of the Illinois REALTOR Institute and the Council of Residential Specialists and I promote these programs at every opportunity.  I helped to encourage others within my industry towards earning their A.B.R., C.R.S. and G.R.I. National Designations as well as their A.H.W.D. & ePRO National Certifications.  I am an active proponent and participant in many industry Organizations/Associations/Councils (as indicated herein).

Motivation:

I have gained much personal satisfaction and motivation through industry networking, joining industry organizations & by volunteering my time through industry knowledge, trend and information sharing.  However, my main motivation remains that of seeing my clients safely through the process of buying or selling their homes and their most significant investments.
